We can dispatch replacement goods right away. You’ll receive an invoice for the product and shipping. If your request is covered by warranty, we will cancel or credit this invoice after inspection.
Please return the faulty goods to Frolight BV within 14 days of submitting your request. Investigation will be completed within 20 business days of receiving your return.

I understand that if the issue is not covered under warranty, an investigation and administration fee of € 100,00 (excl. VAT) applies.
