Who is Frolight?


Frolight is a young Belgian company, active in a dozen international countries. We believe that our leading technology will help winegrowers to protect their wines from frost during spring.


We are specialized in developing and producing an automatic infrared-based frost protection system. Where it’s our mission to unburden winegrowers.

A Frolight system basically uses infrared radiation to transfer heat to protect a vineyard. Therefore, our winegrowers have a guaranteed protection.


Our headquarters is located in Gavere (BE), and we are looking for a motivated, result-oriented colleague to support the strong growth of Frolight.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part  of / and report to our managing director team
  • Actively follow up on real sales opportunities via different sales channels and our sales people
  • Building up and maintaining a strong relationship with different Frolight partners abroad
  • Answering queries, offering advice and presenting the product
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
  • Be a team player, we are here to help, we expect the same from you
  • Share your insights captured from partners and clients with the internal teams
  • Establishing new business and maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings abroad
  • Reviewing sales performance and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with selling B2B solutions or services
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in English and French is a must

  • The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
  • A real sales driven mindset
  • Creativity skill to extend business
  • You can work in team as independent
  • Good communication skills
  • Stress resistant and organized
  • Result-oriented and striving for KPI’s
  • You have a good sense of responsibility
