Who is Frolight?
Frolight is a young Belgian company, active in a dozen international countries. We believe that our leading technology will help winegrowers to protect their wines from frost during spring.
We are specialized in developing and producing an automatic infrared-based frost protection system with one important mission: to unburden winegrowers.
A Frolight system basically uses infrared radiation to transfer heat to protect a vineyard. Therefore, our winegrowers have a guaranteed protection.
Our headquarters is located in Gavere (BE), and we are looking for a motivated, result-oriented manager to support the strong growth of Frolight.

Responsibilities
- You will be part of / and report to our managing director team
- Actively follow up on real sales opportunities via different sales channels and our sales people
- Building up and maintaining a strong relationship with different Frolight partners abroad
- Answering queries, offering advice and presenting the product
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
- Be a team player, we are here to help, we expect the same from you
- Share your insights captured from partners and clients with the internal teams
- Establishing new business and maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings abroad
- Reviewing sales performance and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience with selling B2B solutions or services
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and French is a must
- The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
- A real sales driven mindset
- Creativity skill to extend business
- You can work in team as independent
- Good communication skills
- Stress resistant and organized
- Result-oriented and striving for KPI’s
- You have a good sense of responsibility
- Hard-working person with some great deal of willpower
